Absences, abstentions and opposing votes are noted. Regular Legislative Session December 6 1. Approved acceptance of report of Veterans Committee including recommendation that the Committee disband. 2. Approved revision of Personnel Manual to amend Section 9.5 to allow department heads--Town Administrator, Police Chief, and Public Works Director--to carry over an additional 100 hours of accumulated annual leave. 3. Approved appointment of Tracey Toscano, Ward 4, as Chair of Recreation Board. 4. Approved appointment of Susan Hines to vacant Ward 4 position on Recreation Board. Regular Legislative Session January 3 1. Approved waiver of residency requirement for Fire Chief Kurt Evers in accordance with Chapter 33-2 of the Town Code. 2. Approved appointment of Public Safety Committee as members of Oversight Committee to oversee provisions of Memorandum of Understanding for operation of Riverdale Fire Department. CM Gross, Chair of Buildings and Grounds, appointed as alternate member.
