Absences, abstentions and opposing votes are noted. Regular Legislative Session April 2, 2001 1. Approved Participation Agreement with Prince George's County for stormwater improvements at 48th and 49th Avenues. 2. Approved Lease Agreement with Riverdale Fire Department Inc. 3. Approved appointment of Thomas Morton as Ward 5 election judge and Joyce Marcos as replacement for Ward 3 election judge previously appointed. 4. Tabled for future consideration a TownCrier publication policy. 5. Approved additions to the Election Manual regarding Charter amendment 2001-CR-1 (providing for run-off elections as needed). 6. Opposed reconsideration of motion to deny special exception for daycare center at 5307 Powhatan Road (CMs Herman, Tiberio, Davis and Gross opposed).
