Maryland Charter Day Celebration, June 22, commemorates the granting of the colonial charter to Cecil Calvert, 2nd Lord Baltimore. State Senator Mike Miller will read Gov. Ehrlich's proclamation at 3:00. The English Civil War Society performs.
