Davis. Motion passed. Motion to suspend items 5 - 13 of the agenda made by CM Tiberio, seconded by CM C. Davis. Motion passed. Motion to appropriate $13,104 for the purchase of 8 light poles from HADCO made by CM Tiberio, seconded by CM Feldberg. Motion passed. Motion to approve 6" variance to go from 42 to 48" for fence at 5406 Quintana St, and request permission to finish the fence to meet the rear right privacy fence was made by CM Hart, seconded by CM Tiberio. Motion passed. Motion to approve fence for 6" variance at 4508 Sheridan Street was made by CM Tiberio, seconded by CM W. Davis. 4-0-1. Motion passed. CM C. Davis abstained because it was her property. Motion to enter into a 1 year contract with Poltech as described to install 2 cameras at this time and to allow them to move forward with engineering made by CM Tiberio, seconded by CM Feldberg. Motion passed. Motion to approve election judges' report was made by CM W. Davis, and seconded by CM C. Davis. Motion passed.
