Due to the Town's proposal to be designated as a M-U-TC Zone and the very favorable write up in the Washington Business Journal, the Town has received numerous inquires from developers interested in the acquisition and purchase of properties within the zone. The Town has directed developers to the owners of properties that may be interested in selling or development. I will keep you informed as time goes by. At this time, the Town is considering resurrecting the annual Christmas Home Decorating Contest held for many years in town -- more on this next month. I would like to invite and welcome everyone to the annual Riverdale Park Day at the Riversdale Mansion grounds on Saturday, October 4. Please come and enjoy a great family outing.
