This charter change amends Section § 205, Article II, The Town Council, in the Town of Riverdale Park Charter. The resolution states, "the mayor shall have no vote unless it will affect the outcome, and the mayor shall not express an opinion on any motion until all members of the council and public in attendance have had an opportunity to comment." Copies of all resolutions are available at the Riverdale Park Municipal Center, 5008 Queensbury Road, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
